Users authorized act under the sole responsibility of the customer.
The customer expressly declares that the / s person / s is / n Knowledgeable of this key exonerating the Bank of liability that may arise from misuse of the key by person / s authorized / not s . The Bank is exonerated from any liability arising from the improper, incorrect or negligent use of it. In case of loss, theft, theft, damage, falsification of any media containing the above code Id7entificación and / or password, or any event that could affect the maintenance of confidentiality, the customer must communicate reliably and without delay to the Bank. While these facts are not disclosed, the Bank shall be relieved of any liability that may arise from the use of the tool. The Code ID and Password may be disabled at the discretion of the Bank for security reasons

The Bank reserves the right to change the terms of this contract. Any changes shall be notified to the customer directly with at least seven days prior to its entry into force. If customer meets dissatisfaction with the new conditions, it may choose to terminate the contract.
The customer must have the computer equipment, software and other elements necessary to meet the minimum requirements necessary for the proper functioning of the service over the Internet.
Shall be for the account and paid by the customer, maintenance costs and use of their computer equipment and the cost of the necessary communications.
This contract is agreed for an indefinite period. However either party may terminate unilaterally giving prior notice to the other, in writing, in advance of at least seven days. Communications between the parties will be directed to the addresses listed in the heading of the contract. If there is change in them, the parties undertake to inform immediately the new address.
To solve any disputes arising from the interpretation, implementation or enforcement of this contract, the parties submit, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, if they will have it, to the jurisdiction and courts of the city of Madrid.
